By installing or using Shutup Extensions ("the extension"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, uninstall the extension and discontinue use.
Shutup Extensions is a browser extension that helps you manage your installed browser extensions. The free tier provides global whitelist and one-click disable/enable functionality. The Pro tier adds per-website extension rules via a paid subscription.
The free tier of Shutup Extensions is provided at no cost with no time limit. Features include global whitelist management, one-click shutup, wake-up menu, and system RAM display. We reserve the right to modify free tier features at any time.
Pricing: Pro is available at three billing intervals: $0.99/month, $4.99/6 months, or $8.99/year. Prices are in US Dollars.
Free trial: New users may be eligible for a 7-day free trial of Pro features. No payment information is required to start a trial. Each device is eligible for one trial only.
Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance at the start of each billing period. Payments are processed by PayPal. By subscribing, you authorize recurring payments until you cancel.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your PayPal account or by contacting us. After cancellation, Pro features remain active until the end of your current billing period.
Refunds: We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first payment, no questions asked. After 7 days, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis for: confirmed bugs affecting functionality, the extension not working as intended, or verified browser/OS incompatibility. Cancelling your subscription does not trigger a refund — it stops future billing, and Pro features remain active until the end of your current billing period. To request a refund, contact info@tawaar.net with your license key and a description of the issue.
Upon subscribing, you receive a unique license key. This key is personal to you and may not be shared, sold, or redistributed. We reserve the right to revoke license keys that are found to be shared or abused. Each license key is valid for one browser installation at a time.

Shutup Extensions, including its code, design, and branding, is the property of Tawaar Technologies. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the extension in accordance with these terms.
Your use of the extension is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.
The extension is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the extension will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all browser configurations. We are not responsible for any extensions that the tool enables or disables.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tawaar Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the extension, including but not limited to data loss, browser performance issues, or extension conflicts.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. For significant changes, we will notify users through the extension.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cairo, Egypt.
